63rd Dubrovnik Summer Festival Preliminary Programme Presented

Within the Festival of St Blaise and the City of Dubrovnik Day, the Dubrovnik Festival executives announced the preliminary programme of the 63rd Festival season, which will take place from 10 July – 25 August 2012. The programme was presented on 2 February at the Festival palace by the festival program selectors.

Damil Kalogjera Exhibition: Roses in the Stradun

Croatian Radio and Television, in the presence of Croatian President Ivo Josipović, awarded the best performances at the 62nd Dubrovnik Summer Festival program with the Orlando Award - Mislav Čavajda for the main role in the play Oedipus the King and clarinet player Marija Pavlović, on August 26 at the Rector's Palace.

As part of the off-program of the 62nd Dubrovnik Summer Festival, academic sculptor, fashion designer and visual artist Ivana Popović presented a sequence of artistic installations in the unique project titled “The Observers”, in the period from August 20 to 25 at the venues of Festival’s program performances.
