The baroque palace situated in Od Sigurate Street 1, Dubrovnik, previously owned by the Kerša family, and the present day head office of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival, was badly damaged in the shelling of 6 December 1991. The 17th century baroque palace was renovated in the classicist style in the late 18th century, when its interior was adorned by the outstanding frescos and plastering. The research that had been carried out enabled their thorough reconstruction, along with some new discoveries and their valorization within Dubrovnik’s residential architecture.
