Transfer's Vision of the Future
After the glimpse at the 18th century with the romantic drama The Duchess, cooperation with Pula Film Festival continues toward future featuring the intriguing futuristic drama Transfer, which will be shown July 24 in the open air cinema Jadran, at 9:30 pm.

Transfer is a German movie by the awarded director, Damir Lukačević. Transfer is a story of the older and wealthy married couple who are, trying in a specialized clinic to exchange their decaying bodies for the young ones and in that way relive their youth. Visually highly developed, this movie was filmed in thirty days, but the postproduction lasted for three years. Beside the visual aspect, director wanted to emphasize philosophical view of the movie. In that manner, Lukačević opens the questions of racism, social status of the immigrants from Third World countries and the extremes of the capitalism.
Script was written by Damir Lukačević and Gabi Blauert, and in leading roles are B.J.Britt, Regine Nehy, Hans-Michael Rehberg, Ingrid Andree, Mehmet Kurtulus and Jeanette Hain.
Premier of the Transfer was in June at the Shanghai International Film Festival
