Linđo was founded in Dubrovnik in 1964. It gathers around 300 girls and boys aged 12 - 30, who perform in the most precious original folk costumes. Enchanting the audiences with their zeal, joy and youth, they testify to the richness of culture and folklore of their homeland. Linđo has appeared in more than 20 countries all over the world (Italy, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, the USA, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Uruguay, etc.), and numerous TV channels have recorded and broadcasted its concerts worldwide. The recipient of numerous awards and honors, Linđo is ranked among the finest European folk ensembles. Sulejman Muratović is Linđo’s Artistic Director as well as its business advisor, who provided all the original costumes for the Ensemble.
