The Future Epics Project, which was submitted for funding through the programme Creative Europe – Culture Sub-programme by the Dubrovnik Summer Festival as co-organiser in collaboration with the Heartefact Fund as lead partner, received positive assessment and was approved funding in the amount of nearly 200,000 EUR, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) announced. This makes Dubrovnik Summer Festival the first Public cultural institution of the City of Dubrovnik that was approved for funding by the Creative Europe sub-programme referred to above.
American jazz diva and multiple Grammy Award winner Dee Dee Bridgewater will perform at the 69th Dubrovnik Summer Festival, accompanied by Croatian Radiotelevision Jazz Orchestra conducted by Andreas Marinello, at the concert sponsored by Mastercard, on 18th July in front of the Cathedral.

Andreas Ottensamer accompanied by pianist José Gallardo is to perform this summer at the 69th Dubrovnik Summer on 14 August in the Rector's Palace Atrium. Programme of the recital includes compositions by Debussy, Templeton, Kovács, Gershwin, Saint-Saëns and Horovitz.
