Fado Superstar Mariza Performs on the Revelin Fort

The 74th Dubrovnik Summer Festival music programme brings one of the biggest fado music stars, Mariza, on the Revelin Fort terrace on Saturday, 15 July at 9.30 pm. See How Lokrum Brushes Its Teeth premieres to tears and praises

The 74th Dubrovnik Summer Festival theatre programme opened last night, 12 July, on the Island of Lokrum with the premiere of the play See How Lokrum Brushes Its Teeth, based on the eponymous Ivana Lovrić Jović novel and directed by Paolo Tišljarić. This co-production of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival and Marin Držić Theatre was made with the generous support of Hrvatska Elektroprivreda (Croatian Electric Company).

The 74th Dubrovnik Summer Festival Is Officially Opened

As the verses of the Hymn to Liberty were sung, the Libertas flag was raised last night, 10 July in front of St Blaise’s Church making the 74th Dubrovnik Summer Festival was officially opened, until 25 August when it traditionally ends.
