69th Festival | Wild League revival match
Wild League revival and final match was held yesterday, August 19, in the Old City harbour. The Dubrovnik Wild League is the largest amateur water polo championship in the world where teams from local beaches from all over the region take part in the competition. Although the roots of the Wild League date back to 1950 which was the year of the first-known winner, it really took hold in 1983 when more teams and better organisation were added and since then it has been played every year. The Revival match was held between Dubrovnik City against Dubrovnik summer festival.
