Six Young Croatian Soloists at the Closing Ceremony
The Closing Ceremony of the 61st Dubrovnik Summer Festival was marked by the performance of six young Croatian soloists followed by Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra with conductor maestro Ivo Lipanović in front of St. Blaise's Church.

Six young, but terrific soloists - pianist Bruno Vlahek, guitar player Srđan Bulat, sopranist Marija Kuhar Šoša, violinist Marin Maras, marimba player Filip Merčep and cellist Luka Šulić played compositions by Liszt, Rodrigo, Brahms, Donizetti, Bruch, Sejourne, Gounod, Sarasata and Čajkovski. The special guest was a pianist Denis Kozhukhin, winner of the first award at the International pianist competition of Queen Elizabeth in Brussels. The conductor was maestro Ivo Lipanović, the winner of many awards in Croatia and abroad.
