Tonko Lonza is one of the best Croatian actors who marked the theatre scene with his appreciated work and memorable cast within classical and contemporary repertoire.  He teaches scene speech at the Academy in Zagreb. Also, his work was awarded with Nazor prize as well as with Croatian Theatre Award for lifetime achievement.
From the very beginning of the fifties until the present day Tonko Lonza has proven many times how rare and great actor he is. Besides the theatre career, Lonza often appeared in movies. His contribution to Dubrovnik Summer Festival is also very important since he played many parts in numerous plays.
