Dubrovnik Summer Festival at the KotorArt Festival

– As part of the program of the International KotorArt Festival, today on 10 August, there will be a conference "Festivals in times of crisis" with Dora Ruzdjak Podolski, Dubrovnik Summer Festival Artistic Director as one of the panellists, and tomorrow, on 11 August this year's Festival first premmier play "Mara and Kata", written and directed by Saša Božić in collaboration with Nataša Dangubić and Doris Šarić Kukuljica, will perform for the KotorArt festival audience.

KotorArt International Festival, a festival of national importance for the culture of Montenegro, is one of the most important festivals in the country and region. Every summer KotorArt gathers an impressive number of international artists and with over 200 programs at numerous venues in Kotor and throughout the Bay, and attracts tens of thousands of visitors, which makes it one of the most visited festivals of this type in the region.

This year, the KotorArt Festival, as part of its program, launched a series of talks with relevant artists, intellectuals, and festival directors on the impact of the coronavirus on the  cultural life, art, and events. So, today on Tuesday, 10 August at the Cinema Square, starting at 8 pm, there will be a conference on "Festivals in times of crisis", where each of the participants, will present their views on culture and festivals in times of crisis and talk about the plans for the future. The conference will be held for a limited audience, but it will be possible to watch it live online on the Facebook page or YouTube channel of the KotorArt Festival.
