Festival programmes at the beach of Hotel Dubrovnik Palace

Dubrovnik Summer Festival is preparing a special festival concert experience in collaboration with Adriatic Luxury Hotels, which consists of two programmes at the Vala Beach Club of Hotel Dubrovnik Palace. Through the new concept of the project Stars beneath the Stars, these two programmes offer top music events in a unique setting with an impressive view of the Adriatic Sea and Elafiti Islands.

69th Dubrovnik Summer Festival opens tomorrow

The opening ceremony of the 69th Dubrovnik Summer Festival will traditionally be held in front of St Blaise's Church on Tuesday, 10 July at 21:00. This year, the ceremony is directed by Saša Božić, who is also the author of the script, in accordance with the focus of the 69th Festival on audience development, showing that artists, as well as the citizens, are the substance of the City and the Festival.

Concert location changed: Mischa Maisky and the Zagreb Philharmonic on the island of Lokrum

The concert of Mischa Maisky and the Zagreb Philharmonic, conducted by maestro Pier Carlo Orizio, will be held on Wednesday, 11 July on the Island of Lokrum instead of in front of the St Blaise's Church, as was previously announced. Boats for Lokrum depart at 9.45 and 10 pm from the Old City Port

Dance show Cartoon for children and families

Anton Lachky's dance show Cartoon, created for children six years of age and older and their families, will be performed on the Revelin Fort Terrace on 14 July at 21:30 as part of the programme of the 69th Dubrovnik Summer Festival. Cartoon won the award of the Belgian Minister of Culture Alda Greoli in 2017.

Renaissance Garden in the Bunić-Kaboga Summer Villa

The Renaissance Garden project, created and performed by the organisation The Rest is Music, will take place in the Bunić-Kaboga Summer Villa this year. It is realised by the Dubrovnik Summer Festival with the support of the Caboga Stiftung Foundation. Based on the modern interpretation of the cultural heritage, it will be performed as a multimedia concert hosted in Croatian and English language on 29 June and 2 July, starting at 21:00.

Vocal music over the centuries in Bunić Kaboga Summer Villa

As a result of the cooperation of Dubrovnik Summer Festival and Caboga Stiftung Foundation, German vocal ensemble Singer Pur will perform in Dubrovnik on Thursday, 14 June. The concert will take place at the Bunić Kaboga Summer Villa, starting at 21:00. Entry is free and free tickets are to be collected in advance from the Box Office of the Festival.
