Famous organist Cameron Carpenter to perform with the Croatian Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra at the closing of the Festival

Top American organist Cameron Carpenter will perform with the Croatian Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Italian conductor Daniele Rustioni in the grand concert finale of the 69th Dubrovnik Summer Festival in front of St Blaise's Church on Saturday, 25 August at 22:00. The concert will be broadcast live by Croatian Television Channel 1and Croatian Radio Channel 3.

Eight excellent guitarists to play together in the Rector’s Palace atrium

The music program of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival will continue with a unique concert that will be held under the title Guitarrismo on Thursday, August 16th, at 9.30 pm in the atrium of the Rector’s Palace. Eight excellent guitarists will share the stage: Zoran Dukić, Petrit Çeku, Morana Pešutić, Tomislav Vukšić, Tvrtko Sarić, Krešimir Bedek, Pedro Ribeiro Rodrigues and Maroje Brčić. With the selection of the best compositions and arrangements for different guitar compositions, the concert also features the premiere of Goran Tudor’s piece for eight guitars - Bašamar.

Andreas Ottensamer to have a recital in the Rector's Palace

The music program of the 69th Dubrovnik Summer Festival continues with the concert in the Rector's Palace atrium by Andreas Ottensamer, the first clarinet of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and pianist José Gallardo on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, beginning at 9.30 pm, with the support of the Central European Initiative (CEI), which is currently being presided by Croatia.

International Piano Workshop of renowned pianist Maria João Pires gathers young talents

The 69th Festival currently hosts Maria João Pires' International Piano Workshop which lasts until Tuesday, 7 August, when the closing concert of the participants will be held at the Rector's Palace at 21:30. Free tickets for the concert are available from Saturday at the Box Office at the Festival Palace. The workshop, which is part of Maria João Pires' Partitura project, will be open to the public on Saturday and Sunday, 4 and 5 August.
