Croatian mezzo-soprano Ivana Srbljan has finished singing studies and music theory studies at the Academy of Music in Zagreb. Since 2014, she has been a member of the soloist ensemble of the Opera of the Croatian National Theater Ivana pl. Zajc in Rijeka, and from 2020 she was a principal soloist of Opera at the CNT Ivana pl. Zajc. In the season 2023/2024 she holds the position of artistic director of the CNT Opera in Split and she was the director of the music program of the 69th Split Summer festival.

The opera repertoire includes the roles of: Carmen, Dalila, Adalgisa, Charlotte, Didona, Dorabella, Cherubino, Giulio Cesare, Cornelia, Fenena, Meg Page, Maddlena, Bersi, Stephano, Olga, Lola, Third Lady and many others. In addition to the classical opera repertoire, she cultivates the concert repertoire and actively performs contemporary music. Professional collaborations include performances with the Croatian radio television Choir and Symphony Orchestra, Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra, RTS Choir and Symphony Orchestra, Croatian Chamber Orchestra, Cantus Ensemble, Pannonian Philharmonic, Jyväskylä Sinfonia, I Solisti Veneti, Wiener Concert -Verein orchestra at the Musikverein in Vienna, Zagreb soloists, collaboration with the Orfelin ensemble and performances at the most important Croatian festivals (Music Biennale in Zagreb, Osor Music Evenings, Dubrovnik Summer Games, Split Summer festival, St. Mark's Festival, Rijeka Summer Nights), as well as guest appearances in Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy and Finland.
