We can all agree that Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is one of the most famous fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm. Its popularity was further boosted by the first full-length animated film from 1937, which children and adults alike still enjoy returning to today.
In our performance, directed by Ivana Čoh, we tried to maintain the fairy-tale atmosphere of the story, but also to talk about topics that we consider important for the upbringing and development of children: kindness, love, a positive attitude towards life situations in which we may find ourselves, but also about the relationship between beauty and kindness – concepts that we very often unconsciously and unfairly associate.
Clap your hands to the cheerful rhythm of the song of the hard-working dwarfs, consolidate your knowledge about how and why it is not good to talk to strangers, fill your heart with a story about love and true friendship, and enjoy the story of a brave young woman who greets every situation with a smile.
And did we mention the dwarfs? 7 of them! And the huntsman and the incredibly beautiful and evil queen? And the magic mirror? All of this makes our play tense and interesting.
